The things we do to capture attention. Reminds me of an incident a few days ago walking down the street on Friday. I was about to walk past three ladies when a car suddenly pulls by with a guy sticking out of the back window who then screamed: “LADIES WE’LL BE AT THE BRUNSWICK (the name of the bar), YOU SHOULD COME OVER. WE’LL BE WAITING!”

Might seem outrageous but I bet it works for him. Sometimes at least.

CHICAGO (Reuters) – Patrick Kane, the star winger for the Chicago           Blackhawks, was arrested on Sunday and charged with robbing a cab driver in Buffalo, New York, according to Buffalo police.

Kane, 20, and his cousin, James Kane, 21, were charged with second-degree robbery, fourth-degree criminal mischief and theft of services for allegedly assaulting a cab driver and taking back money after a dispute over the fare, police said.

Saying he robbed a cabbie is quite different from saying he assualted a cab driver and took back money after a dispute over the fare which technically means he robbed the cabbie but aaahhhh! there is a difference.
