Google Latitude

I came across Google latitude today on twitter and I just had to say something.

I think it is probably the best thing since facebook. Think about it: it is like a social network that is location focused format that is on the go.

In comparison to the static facebook, it is more dynamic and allows for human spotaneity which is were the strength of Google latitude lies.

It allows for instantaneous face to face connection. Unlike facebook it feeds into human spontaneity and the need for human connection by allowing you to instantly connect with friends in the area.

Its just one more way to get distracted which facebook essentially is. The question is, how many people will use the software?
