The title of the blog: “Tree of Eden” is an allegory of the ‘Tree of Knowledge“ said to exist in Garden of Eden. There is no religious motive behind the blog. Simply, the “Tree of Eden” represents the mission of this blog which is that it should serve as collection of knowledge from across the world as it is picked.
However just like a library is a collection of books and serves as a source of knowledge for those who use it, this blog it is hoped would serve as a source of knowledge for those who use it or particularly find the things posted to be interesting.
Sadly, the “Tree of Eden” will not be a source of ‘all knowledge’ as the ‘Tree of Knowledge“ is said to be but a source of knowledge specifically chosen and because it is “interesting” -whatever that might mean.
